Tbilisi State University hosted the event. The participants focused\u00a0on the contemporary trends in literary translation, their connection with the tradition, and\u00a0looked retrospectively at the literary translation in the\u00a020th century. Irina Alexeeva made a plenary\u00a0report \u201cFlight of the Butterfly: Givi Gachechiladze\u2019s Ideas and Development of philological\u00a0translation\u201d.
