This is always a special event at SCIT: students and trainers get together, more experienced colleagues help the young ones to come through this important moment of professional\u00a0 development, and the SCIT\u00a0 teaching methods are developed to minimize \u00a0the students\u2019 possible fears and apprehensions about their performance in sim.
